Don’t Assume Anything

As I work to help others start, strategize and develop their businesses, I advise that they ask themselves this one simple question all the time.
Assumptions are deadly and costly. Your view of things is not everyone’s view. I learned this the hard way. It’s a lesson I will never forget it.
Be sure to question everything.
